Where do I find my transfer code?
Ask your current provider. It is usually in the domain settings, and it may be called an auth code, EPP code or token.
How long does a transfer take?
It depends on the extension and on your current provider. Some are done the same day, others take a few days. Your site and mail keep working while it runs.
What happens to my mail?
Nothing changes for your mailbox. Your mail records come along and are compared before the switch, so mail keeps arriving where it does now. Want Google Workspace or Microsoft 365? That is one click after the move.
What does it cost?
.nl and 14 other extensions move for free. For the others you pay the transfer price in the list above. Prices excl. VAT.
Do I need a hosting plan?
