Do I have to change my site?
No. Your theme, plugins and content come over as they are. Cubli runs WordPress with MySQL and PHP 8.2 to 8.5, so you pick the version your site likes.
Is WordPress kept up to date?
Yes, WordPress is updated automatically. Your plugins and themes stay yours to manage, like on any WordPress site.
What happens to my old site during the move?
It stays online. Cubli Migrate copies and checks every table and every file first. You move the domain when you are ready, and before the DNS moves every record is compared.
Will my contact form send mail?
Yes. Form mail goes out through Cubli Mail, with 200 mails a month per site included. Mailboxes are not part of Cubli. If your domain is at Cubli, mail for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is set up in one click.
Where does my site run?
On servers in Germany, at Hetzner. Backups are stored separately in the EU, and every week we restore one for real to check it comes back.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Every plan is free for 7 days. We check your payment method with €0.01. Delete the project within the trial and the plan costs you nothing. After that you pay per month or per year, and you can cancel any time.
