Building goes fast. Now we need you.

Cubli is a hosting platform for websites and apps, with domains in the same place. We build it with AI, and that goes fast.

What we need now is someone who actually helps customers: moving their sites to Cubli, answering their questions and looking at new features through a customer’s eyes.

This role is done in Dutch, so you need to speak and write Dutch well.

What you do

  • Help new customers and web agencies get started, and move their hosting to Cubli: sites, domains and DNS, while their mail keeps working.
  • Answer questions by email. AI does the first round of research; you take the customer from there.
  • Go through new features before they go live, and say what is unclear.
  • Small jobs in between: a domain that is stuck, a payment that does not arrive, a notice from Google Search Console.

What you bring

  • You speak and write Dutch well, and get by in English.
  • You know WordPress, DNS and mail from hands-on experience, for example from support at a hosting company or web agency.
  • You explain technical things in plain words.
  • You like working with AI tools, and you are curious.
  • You finish what you start. You do not need to be able to code.

What we offer

  • 24 to 32 hours a week.
  • Partly from home, partly together in Gemert.
  • A salary that fits your experience.
  • A laptop and the AI tools you need.
  • Room to set up the customer side of Cubli, together with us.

How to apply

Email info@cubli.io with your CV or LinkedIn and a few lines on why you want this. We read every email and reply to every application.

Questions about this role

Do I need to be able to code?
No. You need to know how a website, a domain and mail work together, and be able to explain it well.
How many hours is it?
24 to 32 hours a week. We agree together how you spread them over the week.
Where do I work?
Partly from home, partly together in Gemert.
What if I have not done much with AI yet?
Then you learn it here. Curiosity matters more than experience.
