Become a partner

Do you build or manage websites for clients? As a partner you link your clients to your agency. Your team helps manage their workspaces, and you get 20% of what a new client pays in their first year, then 10% for as long as that client stays. On plans, extras and domains. Everything about the programme is on Partners.

Apply

Only an owner of your agency’s workspace can apply.

1. Open your agency’s workspace and go to Settings, Partner.
2. Under Your application, fill in your Company name and Website, and if you have them your Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number.
3. Under What do you do for your customers?, write a few sentences about what you do.
4. Click Send application.

We review your application and you hear by mail whether you are a partner.

Once approved, you have 3 months to link your first paying client. From then on, everything is on the Partner page in the menu.

What you get

• 20% on a new client’s first year, then 10% for as long as they stay. If the client was already with Cubli before, you get 10% from the start.
• Your own agency site free on a Standard plan, while you are a partner.
• A partner badge for the footer of your own site: click Get the code on the Partner page.
• A profile in the partner guide on cubli.io, once that guide is live. Fill it in with Edit profile.
• All your clients, projects and domains in one overview.

Your reward

At the start of each month we make the credit invoice for the month before, on your behalf (self-billing). We pay the amount out within 30 days. You see everything on the Partner page under Payouts, with the credit invoice as PDF.

• Fill in your IBAN there under Bank account for your reward, before your first payout.
• If the amount is under €10, it carries over to a next month.

Levels

There are three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold, measured on what your clients paid over the last quarter. The reward is the same at every level. A higher level gives you more visibility and more service. Click See the partner levels on the Partner page, or see Partners.
