Choose, change or cancel a plan

Every project runs on a plan of its own. You pay per month or per year; per year gets you two months free. What each plan costs and includes is on Pricing.

Which plan fits

• Static: one site made of files, without a database. See What is Static?
• Standard: a site with a database, such as WordPress, with staging and Cubli Mail. Enough for most sites.
• Pro and Business: more processor, memory and storage, for busy sites, webshops and apps.

Try it free

You can try your first plan free for 7 days, once per workspace and per payment method.

1. At checkout, choose Try free, then automatically.
2. Link your bank account or card with a payment of €0.01 (iDEAL or credit card).

Two days before the end you get a mail. Doing nothing is fine: the plan carries on. Want to stop? Cancel, or delete the project, before that date. Then you pay nothing.

Prefer to pay yourself each time? Choose Only this time. You then pay the first period at once, without a trial.

Upgrade or switch

Go to Settings, Billing, Subscriptions and click Change next to the project. You can also change the plan in Project settings (the gear at the top right of your project).

• Upgrading applies at once. You pay the difference for the rest of the period.
• A smaller plan, or switching between monthly and yearly, applies at the end of the period.

When your site needs more

If your site often uses more than its plan, we absorb it (up to double) and you get advice. If it stays that way for a week, we ask you to upgrade. If you don’t within 7 days, the site runs within its plan and may get slower.

Storage grows by itself: when your site’s database or files fill up, Cubli enlarges the storage within what your plan includes. When your plan’s storage runs out, you get a mail before uploads fail.

Cancel

1. Go to Settings, Billing, Subscriptions.
2. Click Cancel plan next to the project and confirm with Cancel the plan.

The project runs until the end of the paid period and is then deleted. You can bring it back for 14 more days. Until the end of the period, Keep plan undoes the cancellation.

A paid period is paid: business customers get no money back. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of the first start. You then pay only for the days the plan ran.

Delete a project

If you delete a project, the plan stays yours until the end of the paid period. You see it as a free plan. Use it for a new project at no extra cost, or for the same project if you bring it back. Do nothing, and it stops at the end of the period.
