Cancel or delete a workspace, or delete your account

Only an owner can cancel or delete a workspace, signed in to the dashboard. You find both under Settings, Cancel or delete.

Leaving Cubli: cancel a workspace

Want to stop with everything in a workspace? Cancel it in one go. Everything stops at the end of what you paid for. You see first exactly what stops, and when.

1. Under Cancel this workspace, click Cancel workspace….
2. You see, per plan, when the site goes offline, which domains will not renew and when they lapse, and which invoices are still open.
3. Type the workspace’s name and click Cancel workspace.

Nothing stops today. Until the date the workspace closes, you can stay with one click on Stay after all. A site can be brought back for 14 days after it goes offline.

Want to take a domain to another provider? Get its transfer code on the domain’s page. Its DNS keeps working until the transfer is done.

If your web agency pays for this workspace, you cannot cancel it yourself. Ask your agency to stop, or start paying yourself first.

Delete a workspace

For a workspace you no longer use, including the first one you got when signing up.

1. Under Delete this workspace, see what has to go first:
   • projects: delete or move them;
   • domains that still renew: cancel or transfer them;
   • running plans: cancel them under Billing;
   • open invoices: pay them, or contact us.
2. Once everything is gone, type the workspace’s name and click Delete workspace.

Its members lose access at once. We keep your invoices, as the law requires. If it was your last workspace, Cubli asks you to create a new one next time you sign in.

Delete your account

1. Click your name at the bottom left, then Account settings.
2. At the bottom is Delete your account. Workspaces only you are in go with it. If something is still in them, you see what has to go first. If you are the only owner of a workspace that others are in too, make someone else owner first, or delete that workspace.
3. Type your email address and click Delete account.

Your login, the workspaces only you were in and your access to other workspaces are gone for good. We keep invoices for the administration.
